as you have not mentioned that you belong to which category, so I am assuming that you are from general (UR) category and you mentioned that your score is 387.
although it is very difficult to predict the cutoff as it depends on various factors.
but looking at the cutoff of the past few years and observing the trend, sorry to say but your score is low to get addmission in both mbbs and dental.
however, can try to get a seat under management quota in any private college.
