Following are the top specialisations you can opt for in an MBA:
Marketing.
Human Resources.
Finance.
Information Systems.
Consulting.
Entrepreneurship.
Operations Management
You can also join a general MBA program that will help you learn all the aspects of Management. It also depends on the colleges you apply for and the courses they offer.

In which stream you want to pursue MBA degree depends on all your interest and in which college you will get admission depends on all your performance in the MBA exam, interview, WSAT/GD and your profile (includes your 10th, 12th and graduation percentage along with work experience).
Seeing your subjects I can say you already have a little knowledge about what is actually going to be taught to you in the next 2 years while pursuing MBA degree. This will give you an edge over other students at the time of selection when non engineers get a call at a little lower percentile than the engineer student of same category plus while studying in college.
As you are not sure about the stream in which you want to pursue MBA degree then also you dont need to worry because in most of the top reputated colleges in the fieat year you are being taught subjects from all streams and then at the end of the first year either you are asked to select your major and minor stream or select all the subjects from any stream you want to study in 2nd year (happens in IIMs).
So by the end of first year you will get a fair idea in which stream you are comfortable and want to make your career.
So instead of worrying about stream you should focus more on MBA exams because that is the first step you need to clear to get a good college.
All the best for your preparations and exams!!
