Minimum 50% aggregate is required for the candidate to be eligible to give NEET examination.
In NEET registration form, you need to fill individual subject's marks ie physics, chemistry biology and english.
Your main concern is to just provide correct marks, these marks does not count on NEET exam so you don't have to work about it. These marks are used just for records.

In your NEET - UG application, you will need to fill up the marks you have secured in Physics, Chemistry & Biology. It does not matter if you have got the lowest marks in Chemistry amongst all the subjects as the above mentioned three subjects are mandatory to be studied in 11th & 12th standard for applying in the entrance exam.
