my surname is chako and on my 10th marksheet it is chacko and my dad has his surname as chako will i suffur from any problem in neet or if i apply for any government job........

If your name in all documents such as class 12th certificates and government photo identity card, category certificate and other such certificates then you do not have to worry. If that is the case you need to fill your details in the NEET application form as per the class 10th certificate that is your name, date of birth, father's name and mother's name. If the name is different from class 10th certificate in other documents then you need to make an affidavit stating that the spelling is wrong and mention the correct spelling and provide the affidavit at the time of counselling, you won't face any problem.
