My tancet mark is 21 mba under bc category... i have the chance to apply for counseling or not

Hello aspirant,
The qualifying mark in tancet for different categories:
Open category:37.5
Backward classes:35.25
Scheduled caste:25.5
Scheduled tribe:22.5
As you didn't reach the minimum marks you are not qualified
