Your reserved ranknis good enough to get a seat in jadavpur university. You can get electronics and communication in the round 2 or 3. You can also get electrial in the mop up or decentralized rounds. If you want kalyani government engineering college you can get ece in the 1st round

The cutoff for ECE in General Category is 7-185 for SC category is:- 314-1783 and for ST category is:- 4817-22007. You can apply for the college and get an seat if you have any other reservation like state quota then that would be more helpful.
You can go for other branches also like Information Technology which is same to CSE and your rank is also with in the range.
