My thumb print got rejected again,and i received the message just yesterday..but there's no re upload option,has it ended?

Dear Anna, the final basic registration status has been released and that is the reason why you aren't able to upload your scanned image. Unfortunately, from your end, you might not be able to upload the scanned image of your thumb. Please reach out to the helpdesk to see if anything can be done to sort this out.
