My total percentile of Neet is 62.5 and I belong to obc category.. I'm I eligible for the 1st round councling

As you fullfil the basic criteria of eligibility I.e minimum 45 percentile (in your category).
So there is no reason for you to not be eligible for counseling.If you have a applied for the first round of counseling in mci you can sit fir seat allotment.
