my ts eamcet 2019 rank is 12000 can i get free seat in agbsc in telangana

Hi,
If your parents have an annual income of less than 2 lakhs per annum , then you are eligible for a free seat in bsc agriculture in telangana and your rank should be under 20k to be on safe side.
If you dont have an income certificate , then you can apply for convener seat (government seat ) or management seat.
