my ts eamcet rank is 16990.i belong to bc-e category and i am from andhra pradesh.can i get any cse seat at any top colleges in telanga.

Hey, the word top colleges is completely relative.
Your rank might not be enough to get admission into any top institutes in telangana like jntu, cbit. But you can try for other good colleges in hyderabad.
