my ts inter long memo is not released, so is it compulsory to take my long memo along with me to certificate verification of eamcet counselling

No it's not mandatory to carry long memo while the time of counselling. You can carry short memo. Here are few things which you should carry for counseling,
- Ts EAMCET rank card
- Ts EAMCET hall ticket
- Aadhar card
- Marks sheet
- Study certification
- Transfer certificate
- Memo cum pass certificate
