No it's not mandatory to carry long memo while the time of counselling. You can carry short memo. Here are few things which you should carry for counseling,

Ts EAMCET rank card
Ts EAMCET hall ticket
Aadhar card
Marks sheet
Study certification
Transfer certificate
Memo cum pass certificate
