My tseamcet rank card is not available.it is showing that qualifying marks are not available.For that I referred to official website but declaration form for intermediate marks date is completed.so now what can I do to get my rank card???

If they are asking for qualifying marks i.e., intermediate marks then you should previously provided the data by declaration. Since the deadline is over, try to visit your nearest helpline center with all the necessary documents like inter marks memo etc. They might verify and update your data.
