I'm sorry to say but your score is just not enough to get a government medical seat in Karnataka. The cut offs in Karnataka are quite high and are usually over 520-530. If you could've scored more than that then you'd surely get a college but don't worry. There are a lot of private seats and management seats, if you can afford them then you can go for it!
