My up state rank is 6290. Can i get government mbbs seat under state quota? I am ur category?

Hi there.
You have scored very good rank . Getting 6k rank in NEET 2019 , you have a very good and decent chance for getting into a government college. With this rank you must get a MBBS seat . Also without any reserved category , still you will get the seat .
