My updated marksheet has not yet come can I do admission in colleges of kolkata ?

Hey,
It's not a big deal if your marksheet is not available if your results are out and you have the results announced on the website you can use that for admission untill your original Marksheet arrives.
Inform then about your delay in the marksheet arrival and ask them for some time to submit it.
