my upsee GN rank is 14577,GL 2853 and Os 719 can i get govt btech college in first round counseling ?

You rank around 14577 so according to previous year cutoff less chance to get seats according to your choice in 1st counseling but the cutoff of Colleges changes every year so please use Colleges predictor tool and predict your college.
