my upsee mark is 188 and gen rank is 50k and obc category rank is 17k can i get any B. Tech. government collage

You got 188 marks in Upsee & your general rank is 50k.
Look, your rank is not good at all. So, probably, you may not get a government college. One should be with general ranking less than 4000 to get a government seat. But, you have obc 17k rank. You may use this to get a good college.
