Seeing your rank and previous year cuttoff of UPSEE,you are elligible for government engineering college but you will get non core stream like biochemical, agricultural, manufacturing,civil etc.You can get ECE stream in Ram Manohar Lohiya Avadh University, Azad Institute of engineering and technology Lucknow etc.Chance of getting CSE, Mechanical or Electical stream in government engineering college is less.
