My upsee rank is 3100 in UPGL ,what is the college Iwill get on that rank

With this rank you can get most of the colleges through your UPSEE marks if you are not very branch specific. However, if you are solely focused on Computer Science then it can be difficult for you to get that in the top UPSEE colleges. Apart from that you should be able to get most of the branches in the top colleges. Hope this helps.
