my upsee rank is 60592 can i get admission in a good college and my category is general

With 60000 rank as general with no reservation, getting into a government engineering college is pragmatically impossible. Although, you can look for some private institutes that may be good enough for you.
The problem is with such high rank, even some private institutes ( top ones) are kinda out of reach unless you wanna enter through Management Quota.
If you have no financial burdens, you should look for such Institutes that provide great placements,after all earning a job is what a priority for almost all students.
