With 60000 rank as general with no reservation, getting into a government engineering college is pragmatically impossible. Although, you can look for some private institutes that may be good enough for you.

The problem is with such high rank, even some private institutes ( top ones) are kinda out of reach unless you wanna enter through Management Quota.

Hello, at this rank it looks very diffult for you to get any top colleges in Upsee counseling whether a government or private colleges.

Because cutoffs of these colleges are very high.
If you want branches like Cs/It even in top private colleges like GL Bajaj, Jss Noida it looks not possible.

But if you can go with other branches like civil, mechanical, electrical engineering then you can have a good chance in private colleges.

There are many colleges in Upsee counseling. And if you wait till last round or apply for spot round you can get a college.
