My upsee rank is ( gl 46592) (bc 14701). I locked choice (kiet ,galgotias, gl Bajaj , abes ,miet) and didn't get any college allotted? why?

You did not got any college allotted to you as because sorry to tell you but your rank is not good enough to get admission in any of these colleges.
In UPTU the counselling is done on the basis of general merit rank not on the basis of girl rank or OBC rank. These are some of the UPTU exams and there are slight chances of getting seat in core department but no chance in demanding departments with this rank.
