My UPSEEE General rank is 9210 and GNGL is 1426 will I get CSE in any AKTU college?

First of all, congratulations on getting such a good rank. The counselling in AKTU is done on the basis of your general rank and not on your category rank. With your rank you will not be able to get any government college but you will surely qualify for good private colleges like AKG, ABESEC, KIET, Galgotias. All the best!
