Hi Vishu, the results of rank list are already out. You can check it on official site oF MMMUT GORAKHPUR. In my opinion, with this marks/rank, it will be difficult for you to get any good branches there. The cut-offs at MMMUT GORAKHPUR are generally very high.
But if you want it, then you should apply for it, you might get it.
