My Ur rank in bcece ugeac is 4212 and BC rank is 1743 and RCG rank is 391. Can I get any college with civil branch ?

As per your category rank in bcece 2019 you could get seat in colleges depending bron butyour fill of choice preference but it cannot be sured with such ranks but as you have qualified for the exam therefore you should attend the counselling. As you are from ur, so it depends on no of students and seats ratio.
