my ur rank is 2332 and ebc rank is 620 can i get bsc agriculture college

If you are talking about bcece results then with the unreserved rank, 2332, there are quite fewer chances that you may get admission in Bhagalpur college because it is one of the top institutes in Bihar, therefore the cut-off remains high. With EBC rank, you may get because of Bsc course.
