My ur rank is 523 and bc rank is 205 in bcece 2019. Can i get civil in nce chandi or bce bhagalpur or gce gaya ??

I think you may have some chances to get this Institute and because last year this Institute provides even less rank to civil but my suggestion does not need to take the risk to apply for and also seek some other Institute as you backup because the chance of this Institute may below it is not great idea to only apply in this Institute also apply for other.
