my UR rank is 611 and category BC rank is 248 in BCECE 2019. how much chances are for me to get agriculture college. mind you this year , BCECE exam was held only for agriculture , pharmacy and paramedical courses!

As per your requirement, i would say that as your rank is 611 and bc rank is 248 in bcece exam 19, you have a chance to get in whichever course you want in like agriculture, pharmacy etc.
Getting a seat in college is depending on many factors like studenrs to seat ratio, cut off, reservation, ranking of college, etc
Cut off varies evert year as per your reservation category and no. Of students applying for the same.
