hi,

see there is no free seat concept in neet counselling. admission in veterinary course is based on neet score , however you must have the qualifying marks as well as must secure the cutoff score to get admission in veterinary courses in institute all over the India. however there is no issue that you have studied in kannada medium. cutoff score changes every year and depends on certain factors like number of participants, questions difficulty level, seat matrix, students category etc.
