Dont go for VIT AP campus, its just a year old an there is just one building which is complete. Construction is still going on. Take a good branch in vellore or chennai which you can get and apply for branch upgradation in the 2nd year. you will get CSE then if your GPA is good

With this score the chances are less in Vellore campus for CSE branch but there is decent chance to get admission in VIT Amarawati. I would suggest you to check your best possibilities based on your score with VITEEE college predictor tool given below.
