As you have secured such a good rank and there is high possibility that you can get CSE in VIT Vellore under category-1 (as per the previous years records), I would suggest you to keep CSE at VIT Vellore as your first choice. CSE is highly demanded and it has best placement record among all other branches of VIT. For second choice, you can fill IT (Information Technology) as it is available upto rank 9000 (as pe rthe previous years records and has good placement opportunities). For third choice you can fill ECE or electrical engineering whatever you like. But chances for you are that you will get CSE or IT easliy.
