No, with a Rank of 62567 in VITEEE, you have extremely negligible chances of securing a seat in CSE, CSE Spez or IT Branches at VIT Vellore atleast in the First 3-4 Categories of Counselling. You may have extremely low chance to secure CSE or IT by Category 5, however youll have to pay an extravagant tuition fee as the Categories decrease. However, you might just get CSE at Bhopal or Andhra Pradesh Campuses of VIT. According to your VITEEE Rank it is difficult to get Computer Science Engineering branch or Information Technology branch in Vellore Institute of Technology, Vellore based on previous year's cut-offs in Category 1, 2 and 3. Your rank does not falls under the cut-offs given by experts and even does not fall under previous year's cut-off trends. Cutoffs changes from year to year and depends on many factors like number of students appeared in the exam, number of seats available, category, difficulty level of the exam etc.
But you can try for Category 4 or Category 5 and you need to pay additional fees along with regular Tution Fees every year if you get seat in Category other than Category 1 but competition is very high for Computer Science Engineering branch and Information Technology branch so chances are very much less.
