Hii abhijeet,
Best options at vit vellore are civil engineering, production and industrial and biomedical.
However at vit chennai campus you can get any branch except computer science. So you should take your preferred branch.

You rank is far better to let you to take admission in VIT at any campus. Since you get 24k rank you will be eligible to get all the branches except CSE,IT at vellore may be you will get in chennai and other campus but always try to take the branch at main campus if possible because it will benefit you many ways. So,try for the best
