I'm afraid to say that No Meghna, you cannot get category-1 with this rank - 38783 ( according to previous years records). But you might get category2 or category 3 under which you might get Biomedical Engineering easily at VIT Vellore. Other than this, you might get Civil engg., production engg at VIT Vellore or mechanical engg., production engineering, fashion technology etc. You can check out the previous years records here:
