Hi,
According to the previous year for biomedical closing rank is around 40000 and above so you have a chance to get into the college in the first counselling only. We know that every year cutoff varies based on the exam standards and the number of people who wrote the exam. As your rank is on the safer side to cutoff you can easily get into the University.
