My VITMEE 2019 rank is 1997. Can I expect a M.Tech VLSI seat in vellore or Chennai campus ,category 1 or 2 ?

Congratulations on getting such a good rank in VITMEE 2019. With a rank of 1997, I am pretty sure you will be able to get a seat in Vellore Campus from category 1.
