I think with such a rank, you can get almost in any branch as you wish, if you are eligible.

Well there are good chances of getting automotive with this rank, even If you are under cutoff, you'll have to attend an Interview process while Counseling which is not that hard.
But your rank is good enough to enroll yourself just try to be confident while interview process.

Sorry but as per the counselling instructions for PG admission in 2020, there will no interview process and the seat allocation will be based purely on the rank of the applicant.
