My waiting list number is 688 in first merit list of symbiosis Noida ,are there chances of getting an admission?

With a waiting list number of 688, you have very low chances of getting an admission, as not many people withdraw their admissions. Although you still have a chance, I'd advise you to look into other colleges and not get disheartened.
