In 2018, under State Quota, GMC, Alapuzza gave a seat to 558 marks under General Category. That was the cut off. With 572 marks, you have a fair chance at:
GMC, Ernakulam
GMC, Kottayam
GMC, Manjeri
GMC, Thrissur
Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats availble, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. You can check the cut offs of various colleges at:
