As the percentages are good in +2 and JEE mains ,your ward will surely get seat in the preferred NIT's and through B-category in other private institutions and there is a high chance to get seat in your preferred branch with scholarship.

JEE main 2019 qualification percentile is 89 % and since your ward got 91. He/She is eligible to get most of the Government Engineering Colleges. Try to get some NITs like NIT Hamirpur. You can also try to get the best government NoN NIT college of your state with Home Quota.
