My wbjee 19 rank is 3427 can i get ee in kgec

You have secured quite a good rank in wbjee 2019 ,hope you have filled the wbjee counselling 2019 for which the round 1 results will be declared on 3rd of july 2019 . Well you have very less chances but in the 4th round (mop-up) if happens then you can get EE in KGEC .
