My wbjee 2019 gmr is 17593 and sc rank is 955. Can i get cse or it in Techno India or Iem?

You don't have a much bad rank in wbjee 2019. You can get a seat in the IEM or Techno India. You have also chances of getting a seat in some government colleges. You can get CSE in some government college according to the last year statistics. Those colleges include GCETTS, GCELT, GCECT, etc. So do try accordingly.
