Ranks are going down every year. As of 2018 the closing rank was around 9k(3rd round),In 2016,it was around 11k,so going by the trend, the closing rank would be around 7500–8500.Hate to break it to you but this rank is not enough,you will need at least 7–8k to secure a seat in IT.
