My wbjee 2019 rank is 3427 im intrested in ee &cse what should be my choice filling strategy

You should first fill out the college which gives cse admission like as per your rank you will get heritage, techno India, iem, etc.
But you can also get ee in all the above mentioned colleges, so first choose your interest and then fill out your choice.
