My wbjee all over rank is 34265 , and I belong to S.C catagory ,in west bengal, in 2nd round which goverment colleges belong to me and in which branch , please inform me. I am not selected , at the first round , what should I do for the 2nd round ? When the 2nd councilling process will start ?

You can try for the next round. If we look into the trends then there are some colleges where you have chances of getting a seat. Some of them include:
WBJEE 2021 counselling registration started from 12th August and ended on 16th August. This year, results for second round will be announced on 27th August.
