My wbjee general rank is 11419. Which clg is best for me for btech cse? Can i get any government clg with this rank?

dear aspirant your rank is not good enough to get good government colleges. you may get government college of engineering textile technology,serampore, government college of engineering and ceramic tehnology. you have a less chance of getting jalpaiguri govenment engineering college in civil stream in the decentralised round.
