My WBJEE GMR is 56046 and SC rank is 4983.... Can I get any branch in JU in decentralized counseling ?

I think your rank is average and maybe you have a few chances that you may get JU in decentralized counselling but after seeing your SC rank that increases your chances so much. I think maybe 65% chance that you get the Counselling but my suggestion is you also seek other Instituted as your backup may it help in your future.
