You have secured a good rank in WBJEE. Keep in mind that at the time of counselling your category rank will not be considered, only your gmr will be considered. As per previous year's information closing rank for CSE and IT in Jadavpur University will be around 2392 and 6265 for SC category. With your rank it will be difficult for you to get JU in IT or CSE. With this rank you have chances to get Architecture, Construction Engineering, Food Technology and Biochemical engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Power Engineering.
