my wbjee gmr rank is 34076 and obc rank is 2713 and tfw 11020 can I get government college

Now only few seats are reserved for TFW candidates, almost 5% seats of the sanctioned intake are alloted for TFW candidates. So with around 11000 rank in TFW, there are very slim chances that you may get any college.
